At JNR Vape Store (jnrvapestore.com), we take pride in the quality of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read the following terms carefully to understand our return, replacement, and refund procedures.

1. 30-Day Return Policy (Unopened Items Only)

  • Return Window: You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unopened, and unused. It must remain in its original sealed packaging with all tags and accessories included.

  • Hygiene & Safety: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, any product that has been opened, unsealed, or filled with e-liquid (including devices, tanks, pods, and e-liquids) is not eligible for a return for change-of-mind reasons.

2. Defective & Dead on Arrival (DOA) Products

As the official JNR platform, we provide a limited warranty for manufacturing defects:

  • Warranty Coverage: This covers manufacturing defects or hardware failures (battery/chipset) under normal use. It does not cover accidental damage, leaks, or misuse.

  • Reporting Period: If you receive a defective product, you must report it to us within 72 hours of delivery at service@jnrvapestore.com.

  • Required Proof: You must provide your order number along with clear photos or videos demonstrating the defect.

  • Resolution: Once verified, we will offer a replacement, a store credit, or a refund at no additional cost to you.

3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Application: Email service@jnrvapestore.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Review: Our support team will review your request within 1-2 business days.

  3. Shipping: Once approved, we will provide the return shipping address. You must use a trackable shipping service.

  4. Shipping Costs: Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or defective product), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Refund Process

  • Inspection: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Credit: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank's policies.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Unshipped Orders: If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, you may contact us for a full cancellation and refund.

  • Shipped Orders: Once an order has entered the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled. You may return the package according to the rules in Section 1 after it is delivered.

6. Non-Returnable Items & Disclaimers

  • Consumables: Due to their nature, Pods, Coils, and Disposable Vapes are not eligible for returns or warranty once the packaging is opened.

  • Customs Issues: If a package is returned to us because the buyer failed to clear customs or refused to pay import duties, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.


7. Wholesale & B2B Returns

For our global wholesale partners, we operate under a separate B2B After-Sales Policy. Bulk orders are generally final unless a manufacturing defect is present across a shipment.
